Caitlin at Seven Months

At seven months Caitlin has grown by leaps and bounds.  For starters, at her last check up, she had sprouted three inches.  She has also gotten her first tooth which came as a big surprise to me.  Considering Aidan and Mark got their first tooth at 9 and 10 months respectively, I wasn't expecting Caitlin's tooth to make it's appearance for another two months or so.  Also, in addition to being able to sit independently and pull herself up, she can stand unassisted for a few seconds.

I'm also starting to see parts of her personality, her likes and dislikes.  For example, she enjoys eating her meals at the same time as her brothers and she wants Cheerios to be served with most meals.  I think it makes her feel like a big girl.  Although she is often easy going, she will let you know if you do something she does not like, i.e., send her brothers out to play and leave her indoors, etc.  The funny thing is, I don't recall either one of my boys being so opinionated at this tender age.

I realize that there are several pictures of the similar pose but bear with me... I'm just one of those proud, gloating moms showing off one their precious children!
